For every client that you register at our model home you will receive a $50 Visa gift card.
Top Agent Per Quarter
3 night stay at the Vero Beach Hotel and Spa and $400 towards travel expense
Your Clients
Your client will receive 50% off of their design center upgrades, up to $5,000.
3% Commission
For every one of your clients that build with Girard Homes you will receive 3% commission. After the signing of the contract, our agents will ensure that you and your client have a great experience working with Girard Homes.
About Our Model Homes
Our Model homes are open 7 days a week and provide a great opportunity for agents who have clients who are looking to build a new home! Our experienced sales staff will be there every step of the way to ensure that your transaction goes as smoothly as possible and that our mutual clients are completely satisfied with their new home. Simply bring your clients out to meet with us and we will take care of the rest!
Our knowledgeable team will be there every step of the way. We help your clients find the perfect new home site, choose (or design) the right floor plan to meet their needs and budget, get in touch with the right lending team for new construction financing, as well as handling all of the paperwork associated with the transaction.
